ORAL ORDER
1. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the Thasildar to consider the representation dated 11.02.2025 by which the petitioner is requesting for grant of NOC to alienate the land which was granted to him. 2. The Thasildar has filed an affidavit on 19.03.2025 in which she has stated that she has no power to grant permission and only the Deputy Commissioner possesses the power to grant permission and as a consequence, she has not considered the application of the petitioner. - 3 -

3. In the light of this affidavit, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted, more so, when the Thasildar has filed an affidavit that she cannot consider the application filed by the petitioner. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. 4. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner and make his request for permission to alienate the granted land. 5. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
