Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Krishan Yadav, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State are present. 2.The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Misc. Case No. 243 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 171 of 2022, under Section 323 IPC, Police Station Nasirpur, District Firozabad pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to any other adjacent district. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is informant of the case and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Firozabad to any other adjacent district but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is informant of the case to transfer the proceedings of the case from District Firozabad to any other adjacent district but now he is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shiv Sagar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Santoshprad Rai, Shri Krishan Yadav Anand Swaroop Shisya Balram Das .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P Through Its Principal Secretary (Home) And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then his application shall be considered and he will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing. 6.
