RAMINENI SATISH BABU The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.12354 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamous declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in calling the petitioner every day to the RIMS Police Station, Kadapa to meet the demand of respondent no.5 and threatening the petitioner to implicate her in false criminal cases, as illegal, arbitrary and against to law besides infringement of fundamental rights of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 not to call the petitioner to the RIMS Police Station, Kadapa at the instance of respondent nos.5 and 6 relating to the sale transaction which is civil in nature and pass…” 2. Learned counsel representing Sri Bhaskar Gandham, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is expired in January, 2025. 3. It appears that no application is filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased-writ petitioner to prosecute the writ petition. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
