At this stage without interfering with the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) 5th Division Varanasi, respondent no.4 will conduct an inquiry about verification of purported order of regularization dated 14.6.2000, since only on a ground that details of letter number does not find in the despatch register would not be sufficient ground to reject the claim of the petitioner for pension and retiral benefits and in order to verify it, some more inquiry is required to be made and while conducting an inquiry petitioner may also be heard if circumstances so exist and its legal consequence shall follow.
