Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Tiwari, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Abhinab Mishra, learned counsel for applicants, Sri Shikher Trivedi, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 18.02.2016 and the cognizance order dated 08.06.2016 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 29303 of 2016; titled State vs. Hazi Usman and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2014, under Sections 143, 504, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Kanpur Nagar, on the basis of compromise, so far it relates to the present applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.4.2023 passed by this Court, both the parties filed compromise deed before the court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division/F.T.C. (Crimes against Women), Kanpur Nagar, and the concerned court vide its order dated 15.05.2023 verified the said compromise in the presence of the applicants and opposite party no. 2, copy of which is annexed as Annexure- S.A.-2 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicants. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that since the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Abhinab Mishra, Anurag Shukla, Kunwar Bhadur Dixit Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Dharmendra Singhal(Senior Adv.), G.A., Shikher Trivedi Mohd. Usman And 5 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) parties have entered into compromise, which has also been verified by the trial court, therefore, no useful purpose would be served, if the proceedings of the aforesaid case go on further. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, is also present. He has no objection to the statement, made above. 6. In view of the above, it is deemed proper and meet the ends of justice that the proceeding of the aforementioned case be quashed. 7. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands allowed, keeping in view the compromise made by the applicants as well as opposite party no. 2. The entire proceedings of the charge sheet dated 18.02.2016 and the cognizance order dated 08.06.2016 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 29303 of 2016; titled State vs. Hazi Usman and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2014, under Sections 143, 504, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Kanpur Nagar, as also the entire proceedings of the said case is hereby quashed, so far as it relates to the applicants herein.
