Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. She prays for and is granted a week’s time to seek instructions. In the meantime, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2025 (Annexure P-9) in light of judgment dated 05.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) rendered in CWP No.6306/2024, titled Savita Gupta Versus State of HP & Ors., within a week from today. List before the appropriate Bench on 02.01.2026. CMP No.31840 of 2025 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 The application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant/petitioner to file English translation of the annexure in issue by the next date of hearing.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 01.01.2026, conveying approval of the State Government to adjust the petitioner in the Directorate of Corporation, Himachal Pradesh, against the higher post till the post of DAO/DI is vacated in the Directorate of Corporation. Copy of separate office order dated 30.12.2025 passed in this regard by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, has also been placed on record. 3. Taking note of the above, present writ petition is disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
