Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is complainant in Case No. 1242 of 2018 (State vs. Dushyant Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 128 of 2018, under Section 452, 323, 324, 504, 506, 325 IPC at Police Station Dhaulana, District Hapur which is pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Hapur. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
