This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting regular bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Monirul Islam, in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S Case No. 151/2025 under Section 269/318(4)/108 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was in a love affair with the victim girl but subsequent, he terminated the relationship and scolded the victim because of which she consumed poison. However, the victim survived and is presently under treatment. 4. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the nature of allegations as well as the fact that the petitioner has been behind bars for 37 days, the prayer of bail is allowed 6. The accused abovenamed shall be released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with 2 sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM, Pathsala, Bajali. 7.
