GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring the action of the 4th respondent and his subordinates in interfering with our cultivation activities in the land of an extent of Ac. 0.40 Cents in R.S.No. 115/7 of the 181 petitioner, an extent of Ac. 0.10 Cents in RS No. 114 /7 of the 2nd petitioner and an extent of Ac. 0.34 Cents in R.S.No. 114/7 of the 3rd petitioner situated in Madhavarayudupalem Village, Kadiyam Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents and their subordinates not to summon the petitioners and their men to the police station in connection with their title of the land of an extent of Ac. 0.40 Cents in R.S.No. 11517 of the 1st petitioner, an extent of Ac. 0.10 Cents in RS No. 11417 of the 2nd petitioner and an extent of Ac. 0.34 Cents in R.S.No. 114f7 of the 3rd petitioner situated in Madhavarayudupalem Village, Kadiyam Mandal, East Godavari District.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
