For Respondent(s) : Shri Suyashdhar Badgaiya, Dy. Govt. Advocate. Hon'ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru , Judge Order on Board 30.04.2025 1. Earlier, the petitioner has preferred a writ petition before this Court in WPS No. 2643/2024 questioning the order impugned herein dated 09.01.2024 (Annexure P/1) and the said representation was withdrawn on 06.05.2024 with a liberty to pursue his representation before the respondent. The petitioner thereafter submitted a representation by reminding about the representation and the order of this Court on 28.02.2024, still no decision has been taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has already withdrawn the earlier writ petition and by a seeking a liberty to pursue his representation. 3. I have heard both the parties and perused the order dated 06.05.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2643/2024. 4. From perusal of the order dated 06.05.2024 it appears that the writ petition was withdrawn to pursue his representation, thereafter the petitioner submitted a representation before the Respondent no. 1 on 22.08.2024 and till date the respondent has not taken any decision on the said representation. As the representation filed by the petitioner is still pending before Principal Secretary without 3 expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2024 in accordance with law within a period of 50 days.
