The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators report. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. The petitioners have been jn judicial custody since 28.04.2025. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possessllOn Of the accused js 6Kgs, which is not a commercial quantity. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A2 and A3 On the followI'ng COnditions.
