The petitioner has prayed for the payment of post- retiral benefits as he has superannuated as Settlement Officer from Dhanbad on 31.12.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received his pension, gratuity and encashment of earned leave. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that there were some discrepancies in the pension form but the same has been sought out and within two weeks, the same will be sent to the Accountant General. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation before respondent No.2 i.e. the Principal 2025:JHHC:23205 2 Secretary, Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha who will look into the remarks of the petitioner and will ensure that the admissible post-retiral-benefits of the petitioner is disbursed to him within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. If any amount according to the respondent is not payable, the ground for non-paying the aforesaid amount or withholding the same should also be communicated to the petitioner with the aforesaid period. 6.
