This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/3 Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the accused petitioner namely, Chandan Nama Das @ Chandan Namo Das, has prayed for bail in connection with PRC No. 129/2025 (arising out of Manikpur P.S. Case No. 39/2025) under Section 3(5)/303(2) added Section 305(b)/305(c)/306/317(2)/317(4)/112/61(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been detained in custody since 11.05.2025. 4. The case arose out of an FIR which, however, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. 5. The scanned copy of TCR has been received. In the forwarding report, no other criminal cases are stated to have been registered against the petitioner. 6. I have seen reasonable progress in the investigation. Further, considering the length of detention, he can be released on bail at this stage, subject to conditions. 7. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with PRC No. 129/2025 (arising out of Manikpur P.S. Case No. 39/2025) under Section 3(5)/303(2) added Section 305(b)/305(c)/306/317(2)/317(4)/112/61(2) of BNS, 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court(CJM, Bongaigaon). 8. The direction for bail is further subject to the following conditions: (a) That the petitioner shall be available for trial if one commences; and (b) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 9. Violation or breach of any condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail. 10. With the above observations, this bail petition stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Page No.# 3/3 11.
