This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Sadek Ali apprehending arrest in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 197/2025 registered u/s 142 of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an ejahar dated 04.04.2025 lodged by the father of the victim with the allegation that his daughter went missing on 31.03.2025 and later on he came to know that she had eloped with the boy who was working with her. The said boy is not named in the FIR. 4. In the meantime, upon completion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the accused petitioner vide order dated 11.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition: (i) That the petitioner shall be available for the trial; (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6.
