Sri Rafiuddin Ansari, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. Learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is informant of the case and he filed the instant bail cancellation application with a prayer to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no.2 by this Court on the ground that opposite party no.2 before the court concerned on the basis of forged document released on bail and this fact is even evident from the report of the police station concerned, which has been annexed along with supplementary affidavit dated 04.08.2025. 3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for applicant and the report dated 18.11.2024 filed by S.I. Vijay Kumar, in view of this Court, matter requires consideration. 4. Issue notice to opposite party no.2, returnable at an early date. He may file counter affidavit within three weeks. 5. In the meantime, learned AGA shall also file counter affidavit disclosing the fact whether on the basis of forged documents opposite party no.2 has been released on bail or not. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed by applicant within two weeks thereafter. 6. List this case in week commencing 06.07.2026 in the category of daily cause list.
