1. Heard Mr. M. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Addl. P.P. appearing on behalf of learned Special Public Prosecutor Wildlife.
2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 15 days in preferring the connected criminal appeal, whereby, the applicant intend to impugned the judgment dated 13-06-2025, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Baksa in Special WL (P) Case No.12/2018.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the cause for approaching this court belatedly after 15 days beyond of the period of limitation has been mentioned in para 10 of the said instant application.
4. Considering the cause shown by the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor raises no objection to the prayer for condoning the delay.
5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and I have gone through the record.
6. The cause shown by the applicant in paragraph No. 10 of the application of for condonation of the delay appears to be sufficient cause.

7. Moreover, considering the submissions of learned counsel for both sides, this court is inclined to condone the delay for 15 days.
8. Accordingly, the said delay of 15 days in preferring the connected criminal appeal is hereby condoned and this interlocutory application is accordingly
disposed of.
9. Registry is directed to register the connected criminal appeal and list the same for admission on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
