They confessed the involvement Of petitioner/A4 in the commission i.e. transportation Of ganja. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. A perusal of the material available On record goes tO Show that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.4.2025. police, on receipt of credible information, seized 22 kgs of ganja from Al and A3. Pursuant to the confessional Statement Of CO-accused, nothing has been seized from the possession of the petitioner to connect him with the be a -_- - __i// 3 crime. Basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has. been a'rrested and remanded to judicial custody. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A4 herein, on the following conditions.
