Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is the complainant in Complaint Case No. 592 of 2020, (Satraj Sirohi vs. Mahesh Chand) filed under Section 138 of N.I. Act, police station Babugarh, district Hapur, which is pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Hapur. 3. It is prayed that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Hapur, is directed to make all possible endeavours to conclude and decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
