Heard the counsel for the petitioners, the A.G.A. representing respondent nos.1 & 2 and Sri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, the counsel for respondent no.3. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 06.09.2025 in Case Crime No. 354 of 2025 under section 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 308(4), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Swar, District-Rampur; ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to not arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned first information report dated 06.09.2025 in Case Crime No. 354 of 2025 under section 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 308(4), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Swar, District-Rampur; iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to not adopt any coercive action against the petitioners in pursuance of impugned first information report dated 06.09.2025 in Case Crime No. 354 of 2025 under section 61(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 308(4), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Swar, District-Rampur." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognisable offence in the above case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
