Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police laid charge sheet vide Crime No.186 of 2019 on the file of Elamanchili Police Station, for the offence under Sections 341, 509 and 506 R/w 34 IPC. 3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, for necessary redressal, in accordance with the law.
