The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, Consolidation Officer, Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau to decide the Recall Application dated 21.06.2021 in Case No. 561 of 2025, (Suraj vs. State) under section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, pending in the court of Consolidation Officer, Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau within stipulated period from command of this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that within-time recall application dated 21.6.2021 to recall the order dated 14.6.2021 is pending before respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau since 2021. He placed the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kamal Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
