Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Vide order dated 19.9.2025, the applicant was summoned by this Court. The applicant-Smt. Reena is present before the Court and is identified by the counsel. Her personal appearance is dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a informant in Case No.127 of 2021 (State vs. Rajesh Kumar & Ors.) under Section 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act arising out of Case Crime No.60 of 2020, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District Gautam Budh Nagar. No substantial progress has been made till date in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to expedite the proceedings of the said case as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Abhishek Gupta Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
