Upon instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that during the pendency of this interlocutory application, the applicant, Kamal Uddin, has been released from custody. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the FT matters has submitted that due to some mis-communication, the order of bail which was passed in the connected Review Petition on 09.11.2022 could not be communicated. 4.
