By way of the present application the applicant/respondent No. 1 has prayed for release of amount. Learned counsel representing the non- applicant/appellant has no objection, in view of the fact that the matter has been finally decided on 20.11.2025. In view of the fair stand taken by the non- applicant/appellant the amount falling to the share of the applicant/respondent No. 1 lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in her favour, by remitting the same into her Bank account, along with up to date interest, detail whereof is given in Annexure A-1, appended with the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 1 may be verified.
