Sri Deepanshu Asrwa, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohammad Mustafa, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sanjai Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Misc. Criminal Case No.506 of 2015, under Sections 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Siddharth Nagar, District Siddharth Nagar pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Siddharth Nagar to Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is wife of opposite party no.2 and she filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Siddharth Nagar to District Maharajganj but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is wife of opposite party no.2 to transfer the case from District Siddharth Nagar to District Maharajganj but now she is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohammad Mustafa Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt Akhtar Jahan .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) through Video Conferencing then his application shall be considered and she will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing. 6.
