Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent, and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner-informant seeking a direction to the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, to decide Criminal Case No. 19677 of 2025, titled State of U.P. v. Sushil Kumar Alias Pappu, arising out of Case Crime No. 0623 of 2023, under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, expeditiously and in a time-bound manner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner-informant submits that the case has been pending since 29.07.2022. After completion of investigation, the charge sheet was submitted on 18.02.2025, and cognizance was taken by the learned Magistrate on 18.03.2025. 4. Having considered the submissions, it's observed that no specific grounds have been urged by learned counsel for the petitioner as to why priority be accorded to the present case over others, especially when the court's docket is heavily burdened with cases. 5. In view of the above, no case is made out for interference in the proceedings of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. The present petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
