At the very outset, Sri Krishna Kant Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to consider the selection and appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri in Village Bholeshwar, Gram Panchayat Nahar Ther, District Sambhal after cancelling the appointment of respondent no.5 in view of clause-3 (Ga) (III) of the guideline as provided vide government order dated 21.3.2023 issued by the U.P. Government with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same.
