The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. to issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report dated 15.08.2025, bearing Case Crime No. 0285/2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2) & 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Sarai Inayat, District Prayagraj, against the Petitioners. II. to issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding/ directing to respondents not to arrest of the Petitioners during pendency of the present matter before this Hon'ble Court to meet the ends of Justice." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
