The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the writ petition has become outdates, as the tender process initiated in the year 2022 was subsequently completed, and fresh tenders were issued under a separate notification. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
