The writ petition seeks the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the explanation dated 30.04.2024 given by petitioner in response to notice dated 15.04.2024 issued by office of District Magistrate Jalaun." It is stated that consequent to a notice, the petitioner filed a reply on 30.04.2024. The notice itself was dated 15.04.2024. However, no order has been passed thereafter. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate to pass appropriate orders after considering the reply of the petitioner to the notice dated 30.04.2024, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
