ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to pass an order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents No. 3 to 4, who are failed to do enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2020 vide Complaint No. KLPS202008201335 is illegal arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondents No. 3 to 4 to do proper enquiry on the complaint, dated 20.08.2020 vide Complaint No. KLPS202008201335 and file a report before this Hon'ble Court and to pass..”
2. Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 20.08.2020 given by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a crime has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.08.2020 and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
