In view of this development, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous on account of subsequent event but with liberty to the petitioner to assail the act of the respondent of cancelling her candidature, if so advised, subject to the legal rights of the respondent. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
