JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER 26.09.2025 1. Heard Ms. S. Sut, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioners as well as Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Bishu Rongpi, 2. Waisong Teron and 3. Sarkiri Millik, who is stated to have been arrested on 04.09.2025 and seeking regular bail in connection with Jalukbari P.S Case No. 379/2025 under Sections 109/112 /303(2)/62 of BNS, 2023. 3. The allegations in the ejahar dated 04.09.2025 is that during emergency night duty on 03.09.2025, the informant found four individuals luring stray dogs with biscuits and upon sufficient enquiry, it was found that these persons were allegedly luring dogs with the intention to capture and sell them to other States. 4. I have perused the contents of the penal provision given at this stage. Section 112 pertains to new offence of “Petty Organized Crime” incorporated in BNS. 5. Case diary as called for is received and placed before this Court. 6. The accused persons herein were granted interim bail on 11.09.2025. 7. In the given facts and circumstances, I am of the considered view that the accused persons should be granted bail. Page No.# 3/3 8. Therefore, the interim bail granted vide order dated 11.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the following conditions that the petitioners: (a) shall co-operation with the remaining investigation. (b) Shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 9. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed and disposed of. 10. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
