By means of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks payment due to the petitioner. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 to 4 states that payment has been cleared. Although payment has been cleared but same would not be credited into account of the petitioner in absence of his Aadhar and PAN cards details. Learned counsel for the petitioner has provided copies of Aadhar and PAN cards in Court to enable respondents to do needful in the matter. Learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 4 also states that payment shall be made to the petitioner within one week. In view of the statement, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents no.2 to 4 to make requisite payment to the petitioner within a period of ten days from today.
