Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal Jammu in OA No. 1474/2024 titled “Dr Ankur Sharma V/s U.T. of J&K & Ors.”, whereby the Sr. No. 18 2 WP(C) No. 252/2025 respondents were directed to allow the applicant/respondent herein to go on deputation or leave with lien at UAEU for the post of Instructor and Associate/Full Professor and also kept the Show Cause notice dated 18.12.2024 served to the applicant in abeyance till next which is fixed for 06.02.2025. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the next date fixed in the OA is tomorrow, i.e., 06.02.2025. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing the petitioner herein to file response to the OA No. 1474/2024 as well as the interim application, if any, before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu by the next date fixed and the Tribunal is requested to consider and decide the OA and pass fresh orders after hearing both the parties within one week. Till then, the Show Cause notice dated 18.12.2024 is ordered to be stayed. Mr. Anil Khajuria, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the petitioner University shall not take any coercive action against the respondent in terms of the Show Cause notice dated 18.12.2024 issued to her till the interim relief is considered by the Tribunal.
