After going through evidence of victim which appears to be a case of consistent evidence of a minor girl (victim), therefore, period of incarceration of about 3 years could not be considered as a prolong detention period. 4. Otherwise also, the I.O. has appeared before this Court and has given undertaking that she will appear before trial Court on 15.10.2025 to depose and as referred in status report dated 10.10.2025, she will be the last witness from prosecution side. 5. Therefore, at this stage, this Court does not find any ground to consider present bail application as trial is at fag end. 6. Accordingly, bail application is rejected. October 14, 2025 N.
