Johnson Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri K. Naga Phanindra, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government dated 29.08.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioneras well and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written instructions would indicate that the CFMS bill with regard to the Writ Petitioner’s claim has been received and the same is under process. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merit, directing the Official Respondents including the Respondent No.1 to complete the. entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court and four (04) weeks thereafter, for transferring of the due amount into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today, for effective compliance.
