Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 816 of 2024, S.T. No. 438 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 394 the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Jamshedpur.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1639 of 2025 by order dated 27.02.2025

On 23.06.2024, the informant was accosted by four unknown persons. They assaulted him and looted cash and mobile phone from him.

It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. it was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2024. It was also submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted on 20.08.2024 and the prosecution has not examined any of the witness till date.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Jamshedpur, in connection with S.T. No. 438 of 2024 arising out of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 816 of 2024.
