By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to change the Block Level Officer namely the respondent No. 5 for a fair revision of voter list of village Chakbakainiya, Vikas Khand Nigohi, Tehsil - Sadar, Shahjahanpur for the reason that respondent No. 5 happens to be nephew of sitting Pradhan of Gram Panchayat concerned. Thus, he pleads for fairness in preparation of voter list. 3. Sri Imran Syed, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No. 1 does not have any objection in the event petitioner's application is directed to be disposed of seeking change of Block Level Officer for the purpose of revision of voter list. 4.
