Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Case No.918 of 2016 arising out of an FIR bearing Case Crime No.1145 of 2008 under Section 323, 504, 506, 352, 324, 325 IPC at Police Station-Turkpatti District Kushi Nagar is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Kushi Nagar since the year 2016 and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
