Today also, when the instant petition was taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition even otherwise also Ms. Pallavi Sharma, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG for the respondents submits that with the efflux of time the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
