For the Respondent: Mr. Vivek Singh Thakur, Advocate. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Parties are ad idem that on account of change in pecuniary jurisdiction, present commercial arbitration is required to be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Shimla, who, vide Notification dated 18.08.2025, has been conferred ex officio powers of the Commercial Court at District Level. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is ordered to be transferred. The Registry is directed to transfer the present case to the Court of the learned District Judge, Shimla, along with the complete record and the amount, if any, lying with the Registry of this Court, enabling it to proceed with the matter expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the parties undertake to cause presence of their respective parties before the learned District Judge, Shimla, on 17.03.2026, enabling the learned Court below to proceed with 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- the matter.
