Learned Advocate, Ms. Zabuawala, appearing for the applicant submitted that all the office objections shall be removed by 16.10.2025 and prayed that the main matter be R/CR.MA/19419/2025 ORDER DATED: 23/09/2025 restored. 3. Heard. In view of the statement made by learned Advocate, Ms. Zabuawala, at Bar, this application is allowed and the main matter, being F/ Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 31032 of 2024, is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to the conditions that all the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 16th October, 2025.
