Khalid, learned counsel for petitioners, at the outset, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of reserving an opportunity to petitioner to take recourse of alternative remedy and in case petitioners file an appeal before Appellate Authority, the same will be decided within a short period. 2. Considering aforesaid submissions and since there is an alternative remedy and declaration made in paragraph 37 is not happily worded, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with above referred liberty and it is further observed that Appellate Authority will decide the appeal as soon as it is filed within a short period, preferably within six months.
