This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 29.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No.42 of 2025, under Sections- 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mediation between the parties has failed. With regard to allegation made in the FIR, police investigation is going on. 4. The writ petition is disposed of directing that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the impugned First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation. 5. The investigation shall be completed by the police within a period of 60 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order before the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar.
