The grievance of petitioner seems to be that the developers, while publishing maps in the brochures and advertisements, are not giving correct description of the layout. 3. Whether or not this would render the developer liable for any action in the hands of the State authorities is not demonstrated with reference to any rule or conditions of approval. 3. Be that as it may, if petitioner has made any application before the authority, it is open for that authority to examine the same. No writ can be issued to private respondents in public interest litigation. 4. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
