Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No. 106 of 2025 under sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station-Rajghat, District- Gorakhpur." 2. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognisable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. 4. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
