The application has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceedings in Criminal Complaint Case No.15515 of 2023 (Sabbo Khatoon Vs. Phool Mahammad and others), under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC and Section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Bhalauni, District Deoria as well as summoning order dated 4.1.2025 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), F.T.C. Court No.2, Deoria pending n the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), F.T.C. Court No.2, Deoria. 3. By order dated 1.7.2025, this Court has sent the matter to Mediation Centre and as sum of Rs.25,000/- was directed to be deposited. Applicant has not deposited the aforesaid amount, however, enjoyed the interim order. Neither any time extension application has been filed before this Court nor any reasonable cause has been shown. 4. This Court declines to entertain the petition. 5.
