Mr. Mirza Faheem Beg, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients are senior citizens. They are residents of Siddharth Nagar. Their son, since last 25 years has been residing in Lucknow and doing his business there. Unknown persons including police are harassing his clients in alleging that they are looking for their son. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. State, particularly respondent no.3 (the Superintendent of Police) is directed to ensure proper enquiry in event there is duly lodged complaint and FIR registered against the son. Otherwise, they are to ensure petitioners are not harassed. On query Mr. Beg submits, his clients are ready to cooperate with the police in giving the little information they have regarding their son. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
