The instant transfer application is pending since the year 2024 i.e. for last more than a year and today none is present to press the instant transfer application. 4. In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed for non prosecution. 5. However, it is open for the applicant to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and if applicant files any application to appear through Video Conferencing then concerned authorities shall permit him to appear through Video Conferencing.
